Retail and Store Pickup

We are glad to inform that our operation are back to normal. Both retail and store pickup option is now available. However at the same time we are doing our part to support contact tracing and prevent the transmission of COVID-19, all visitors are required to perform the following upon entering;
• scan QR code at entry and register your details
• use sanitizer provided
• wear face mask at all times
• observe 1m social distancing

Your Order

As we are experiencing irregular floral supply issues from time to time, hence it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers on your order.

Safe Guard Your Delivery

We have taken extra precautions in line with the local health authority and government guidelines to protect our customers and colleagues while processing your order in a hygiene environment. As a result, you may experience delays in delivery of your order. Currently we are accepting same-day delivery only if you order before 10 am, otherwise it will be processed and delivered the next day.
