HOW TO BUY

Step 1: Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and add to cart
Step 2: Go to Cart and Checkout
Step 3: Key in delivery details
Step 4: Select payment method and key in details
Step 5: Kindly check the shipping cost and billing and shipping addresses and check out to continue with the payment
Step 6: Key in coupon code (if any)
Step 7: Receive order confirmation via email.

If you do not have online direct debit facility, you can choose one of the following options to pay for your purchase:

  • via ATM Transfer
  • via OCBC Al-Amin Bank Cash Deposit Machines

How can I use IBG to pay for my using the ATM Transfer method? 
Please follow these simple steps:

  • Place your order
  • Jot down the ORDER ID created for your order.
  • Visit any ATM machine of any IBG participating bank.
  • Access the ATM using your ATM card.
  • Select “Payment Transfer” or “Fund Transfer” on service selection screen.
  • Select Interbank GIRO.
  • Select the beneficiary’s bank, enter transfer amount and beneficiary’s account number. Please use one of the following Three Smiles Direct Services’ bank account details as beneficiary information during the IBG:

  • Please scan a copy of the payment receipt (in JPG, GIF, PNG or PDF format).

  • Email your payment receipt (in JPG, GIF or PDF format) or a photograph of the transaction receipt as proof of payment.

Are there any charges when I use IBG to make payment?
Yes, the participating banks only charge a small fee of RM0.10 per transaction (excludes GST) for Internet or Mobile Banking while Over the Counter (OTC) charges are subject to individual banks’ service fee rates.

Is there maximum transaction limit for IBG?
Yes, the maximum transaction limit is generally RM1,000,000 per transaction and subject to individual banks’ limit and restrictions.

Does my bank offer IBG?

How do I use the Cash Deposit Machine method to pay for my order? 
Please follow these simple steps:

  • Place your order
  • Jot down the ORDER ID created for your order.
  • Visit any OCBC Al-Amin’s Cash Deposit machines (CDM)
  • Select “Cash Deposit” on service selection screen
  • Enter beneficiary’s account number and deposit amount as below:

  • Upon completion of the deposit, please print the payment receipt.

  • You can also use a smart phone to snap a photo of the receipt.
  • Email your payment receipt (in JPG, GIF or PDF format) or a photograph of the transaction receipt as proof of payment.

Can I cancel/return an item?
You cannot return any item.

How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to place your order.

Do you offer free delivery?
We try our best to deliver items to our customers quickly with minimal shipping rates. Currently shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. We also offer FREE SHIPPING for some specific items. Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly informed during your checkout.

How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
At the checkout page, just enter your delivery postcode and the shipping fee will be displayed.

Please note that final shipping fee is only confirmed at checkout as it is calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination.

DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?
Most products can be delivered in the next day upon order and payment received.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Summary email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an email from us indicating that your order is being processed.

If you are a registered customer, at any time, you can check the status of your order online at any time. Please sign in with your email address and password, and click on ‘My Orders’.

I have ordered several products, will they be delivered in a single time or will it take several deliveries?
It depends on the location where these products are fulfilled from. When you order several products in a single transaction, these products may be currently stored at different locations. Consequently, their delivery schedule could be different.

Can I choose the exact time of delivery?
It is possible to choose the exact time of delivery however order must be placed 24 hours in advance.

Do you deliver everywhere in Malaysia?
Currently delivery will only be made in major locations within Johor Bahru area.

Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
At the moment, we only accept orders for delivery within Malaysia.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is here?
If you are not at home but someone else is at home, you may ask this person to take delivery of the order on your behalf. Please make sure that this person has your ID, his or her ID, as well as dated and signed letter of authorization from you indicating that you authorize this person to take delivery of your order on your behalf.

Whenever our courier partners attempt a delivery but there is no one at home, they leave a card in your mailbox or under the door. Please contact the phone number listed on this card to discuss alternative delivery and pick up options in your area.

Do you deliver to my office address?
Yes. Please provide your office address as the delivery address during the check-out process. Remember to indicate the company name in the address, otherwise our delivery partners may not be able to access the premises. Once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.

Do you deliver to a PO Box address?
Not at this time.

COUPON CODES

How to use my Coupon Code?
To use any Coupon Code, please enter the specific code ‘Coupon Code’ box at the check-out page, subject always to the Terms and Conditions below.

The Terms and Conditions below apply to all Coupon Codes, and are incorporated as part of the Terms of Use of the site. By using the site in any manner including but not limited to visiting or browsing the SHOP Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Three Smiles SHOP Coupon CODES

  1. Coupon Codes are valid for use only on the Three Smiles SHOP website or mobile website.
  2. The term “code” refers to Three Smiles SHOP Coupon Codes only.
  3. All codes have expiry dates and all unused codes will expire on the stated dates. Each code is valid for a limited time as specified for the campaign or as stated on the voucher. Offer ends at 11:59 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the date specified, or when withdrawn by us, or when all Coupon Codes are redeemed, whichever is earlier.
  4. Additional terms and conditions of any Coupon Code are specified for the campaign, on the voucher or together with the code.
  5. We reserve the rights to monitor and decline the use of a code by any user for reasons of suspicious account use or activity.
  6. A minimum spend or order amount is applicable to apply or redeem a code, unless otherwise and expressly stated.
  7. Each code is only valid for one-time use per individual customer during the campaign or offer period, unless otherwise and expressly stated.
  8. We screen all orders for suspicious purchasing activity, code abuse and fraud. Any element of suspicious purchasing activity, fraud, bad faith or violation of code terms and conditions will lead to code voidance and order cancellation. This term extends code abuse to include the multiple use of a code by any customer across multiple transactions or the use of many or varied accounts or multiple orders associated with a single or group of customers.
  9. Where the use of a code is voided and an order cancelled for reasons of a suspicious purchasing activity, fraud, bad faith or violation of code terms and conditions, a payment processing and handling fee of not less than RM 10 or 2% of the order value, whichever is higher will be charged and this fee will be subtracted from your refund or store credit amount.
  10. A code is not valid in conjunction with another code or other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise and expressly stated.
  11. All codes or vouchers cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for cash.
  12. Offer is good while supplies last. Offer applies only to qualifying items.
  13. Some category or product exclusions may apply.
  14. A code may not be valid for promotional deals or discounted items.
  15. Codes are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
  16. Shipping and handling charges apply to all products where applicable.
  17. We have no obligation to pay for any tax or duty in conjunction with the distribution or use of any code.
  18. The customer shall pay GST and any other tax or duty where applicable.
  19. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage of any code.
  20. We fully reserve the right to terminate any code, change its terms and conditions, revoke the use of or cancel any code, promotion or campaign at any time and for any reason without notice. We will not be responsible in any way or be held liable or compensate customers for any code revocation, cancellation, withdrawal or discontinuation.
  21. Coupon Codes cannot be used and redeemed by resellers or for any merchandising, re-selling or business purpose. This restriction also applies to any trade personnel. We reserve the full rights to void any applied code and cancel an order where we suspect a violation of this term.
  22. While we attempt to be as accurate as possible, we do not promise or warrant that codes including code settings or conditions will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the code will provide specific results, and we reserve the rights to revoke the use of a code and cancel any order for these reasons. We will not be liable or responsible for any damages, claims, liabilities, errors, inaccuracies, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions, delays or expenditures of any kind that may arise as a result of or in connection with any such risks.
  23. You acknowledge that you are fully assuming the risks of conducting any purchase and sale transactions in connection with the use of any Coupon Code, and that you are assuming the risks or liability or harm of any kind in connection with the usage or redemption of the code.
